ABL is the first ever beach volleyball league that brings the excitement of city vs city competition in a team style format like Coed 4's, Mens and Women's 4's and head to head dual. We offer events ranging from different styles of beach volleyball games all packed in a day of fun and competition. Join us in showing who is the best in the sport of beach volleyball!

Brandon and Abeer are founding captains of the Miami Pastelitos. A family oriented community with its focus to show the world how great the volleyball is but also to show how the community is even better. welcoming all players of all countries, if you love volleyball this city is for you.
Each event will be comprised of 5 series. These series are played by both the men and the women's teams
- Each series counts a an individual win
- After first 3 series are played if the record is 2-1, the city that is down with only 1 win will decide which gender they would like to play first in the head to head dual to even the score 2-2 in the series.
- Close out 3-0 A city automatically wins
- Each series is match play 21-21-15
- A city must win 3 of 5 events
- Winner takes all
